Mission statement “We dedicate ourselves to offering Bulgarian property investors the ultimate in furnishing solutions, through a combination of customer focus, efficient time management, and the expertise required to exceed customers’ expectations” General “Lets Furnish-Bulgaria Ltd” was formed in 2005 to provide British investors with affordable and contemporary furniture for their Bulgarian property portfolio. After investing in Bulgaria ourselves we recognised the difficulties involved in furnishing a property for letting or personal use, without it becoming extremely time consuming and stressful. As a result we formed alliances with leading manufactures, and sourced a team of specialists so that we could offer clients high quality, durable furniture at low prices. As a company we are rapidly building our customer base, forming more established relationships with suppliers, and passing on huge discounts to the customers and developers we supply to. Operations Operating from our UK office in Liverpool we have British staff on hand to deal with all enquiries and once an order is made it is sent to our office in Varna for processing and manufacture. If we do not have detailed floor plans to work from then we go to the property to measure the dimensions for the kitchen and all other variables. Our clients' furniture is then delivered and installed by our experienced and friendly specialists to properties throughout the country, providing a very efficient and reliable service, and all within 15 WORKING DAYS! If the property is furnished and the customer is still in the UK we send photos via e-mail of the work we have carried out. Thus ensuring all work is satisfactory and the customer is pleased with the overall look we have created. Customer Service As a company we pride ourselves on great customer service and provide clients with a reliable service from the moment an enquiry is made in the UK, to the delivery and installation of their furniture in Bulgaria.
